The Gary Watkins Scholarship Fund
On November 2, 2005, a special Rotary meeting was held at UTPB.
The speaker was John T. Montford, Senior Vice President,
State Legislative & Regulatory Affairs for SBC Services, Inc.
Mr. Montford presented a check for $22,000 from SBC to UTPB
for the Gary Watkins Scholarship Fund.
Judge Watkins
was a longtime Rotarian of the Odessa Rotary Club.
